First Draft

This first draft was an attempt at making an interactive pamplet. I wanted to viewer to follow the questions like a flow chart, turning the booklet around constantly to reorientate themselves with the text. My hope was to replicate going for a winding walk, one where you are always sent to the back if you answered ‘no’ to the questions.

Unfortunately this didn’t come across and was actually just sickeningly confusing for me, let alone the reader. If the book did need to be turned around, it should be very clear that you must do so, otherwise you’ll constantly just be reading the text the wrong way around. I could have tried changing the shape of the booklet to suit more angles of viewing, but that was just giving myself too much work.
